Stress Relief Rose Quartz Roller

Face, neck, or body rolling can be done on clean skin or after applying skincare (oils, serums, or moisturizers). If the latter, please cleanse your Stress Relief tool by using a tiny amount of your face or body cleanser on the Roller Balls themselves, rinse with water and air, or towel dry.

On the face:  Use upward and/or outward motions on the forehead, cheek, mouth, and eyes. Repeat 5 x per area for maximum effect.

On the neck: Roll downward and out toward the collar bones to move stubborn lymph away. Repeat 10x on each side of the neck.

On body joints;  Use in achy areas such as knees, elbow, wrist or groin by placing Stress Relief Roller on the inflamed area and wiggle back and forth and then rolling out. Repeat 10x per area before moving to another are.

On body meridiens:  Naturally find your own body energy meridiens by rolling along the length of limbs (such as inner elbow to shoulder, top of knee to lower hip), roll the length of the limb in a firm but not hard manner, 10x per side.

How to Roll:

When rolling please remember to be gentle, this should be effortless, not hard. 

Face forward: Using a roller isn't just for the face and can be used all over the body.  Rolling can help to enhance relaxation of tight or strained muscles, help reduce inflammation or fluid retention in the skin, improve circulation to help give the skin a radiant glow and relieve overall stress.

Serum or Dry:  Body rolling can be done either over clean, dry, cleansed skin or it can also be done on top of a serum, oil or moisturizer, as you like.

Cool off Hot flash helper: Rose Quartz will air chill naturally and will be cool to the touch.  However, it can also be refrigerated should you wish to have a cooling massage experience.

Cleansing Ritual: Once you have used your roller it’s best to wipe the roller head with rubbing alcohol after each use and store in a clean, dry place.

Rolling Benefits:

Directions:

For best results and superior  lymphatic drainage (1 to at least 4 times per week): Starting with the upper half of the body, apply light to medium pressure just under the collar bone and then roll in short upward strokes to just over the collar bone. Then next move to the arms and move in long strokes upwards from the elbows, aiming for the armpits. Then move to below the elbows and move in long strokes upwards from the hands.  Roll over each area 3 to 4 times.

For the lower half of the body, start by pressing into near the groin area on each side of the body and slightly wiggle the roller from side to side. Once you move to the legs, roll from the feet up to the knees and then the knees up to the groin using long upward strokes. Once you move to the backs of the legs, roll upwards from the knees over the backs of the thighs and then around the hips to the groin area.

For muscle release (as frequently as desired): Using a combination of long and short firm strokes on any areas in need of attention, gently move the roller in a back and forth motion, intermittently holding it in place while adding additional pressure with a slight wiggling motion. Repeat on each area as desired, as frequently as desired keeping in mind to be gentle with yourself and .

Precautions:

Rose quartz is a natural pink colored stone, so there will be variation in the color of each individual roller.
