Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

Caire Beauty offers free US Shipping on all non-wholesale orders above $50 (before tax). No promotional code is required for free shipping. 

For International shipments there is no free shipping and charges will be assessed per the USPS and local authorities. Some international shipments are not allowed by the USPS and this is beyond our control, so your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded for your order if this occurs.

All orders will be shipped within 3 to 5  business days. Expedited shipping will be shipped the day of or the day after an order is received depending on the day of the week and time of day EST. 

Estimated Shipping Times:

• USPS shipping on US mainland orders (4-7 business days).  
• USPS shipping to AK, HI & Puerto Rico (10-14 business days). 
• International shipping delivery timing is based on the country. 
• USPS Priority Mail Expedited Shipping  (typically within 3 business days).

Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel good about Caire.

On our end, we have put a huge amount of science and consideration of real women’s lives into the development of each skincare product. But we also understand that each woman’s actual use experience may be different and individual. So if you are not finding your skin to be glowing, smoothing, plumped and/or lifted in the right direction, we will happily refund your purchase.

Simply send us your package back and we’ll give you your money back. Email us at care@cairebeauty.com with your name, order number and why you would like to return or exchange something in your order; the client service team will get in touch right away with the address you can return your package to (we advise that you return using the USPS for the best cost to you). A few notes though. Like most companies, we only refund within 30 days of your receiving the order and also, we’re sorry but we cannot refund any original shipping fees charged.
